FRIENDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
The business of the Annual General Meeting is to receive the Chairman’s Report and the Annual Accounts, to appoint an Independent Examiner, to elect Officers, and to consider any matters notified to the Secretary.
The Inaugural General Meeting was held on 11th January 1996. Thereafter Annual General Meetings were held in November each year. The Secretary is required to give at least twenty-one days’ notice of the Annual General Meeting to all Friends.
