Built in 1824 as a last resort for many people, this atmospheric rural Georgian Workhouse is one of the best preserved and most complete in England. It was designed to house around 160 inmates. Join us to learn more about the Workhouse, now in the care of the National Trust, and the stories of the inmates and staff.
